Blending her professional expertise with her lived experience as both a patient and caregiver, Dr. Hardy trains others on patient advocacy and how to navigate healthcare systems with confidence and clarity. She holds a Master of Arts in Exercise Science and a PhD in Health Education and Health Promotion, with minors in Nutrition Education and Statistical and Research Methods, from the University of Alabama.
