Specific Carbohydrate Diet Association, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization created to unify the IBD community, the scientific community and other national opinion leaders, and advocate the Specific Carbohydrate Diet™ as a primary therapy for combating IBD, IBS, celiac, diverticulitis, SIBO, autism, and all diseases for which the diet is appropriate.
