Specific Carbohydrate Diet Association, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization was created to unify the IBD community, the scientific community and other national opinion leaders, and advocate the Specific Carbohydrate Diet™ as a primary therapy for combating IBD, IBS, celiac, diverticulitis, SIBO, autism, and all diseases for which the diet is appropriate.
The Specific Carbohydrate Diet Association will provide information and awareness of the Specific Carbohydrate Diet throughout the world. The Association will learn from clinicians of different disciplines, offer support to all those who seek and follow the Specific Carbohydrate Diet and develop relationships with organizations supporting SCD™. The Specific Carbohydrate Diet Association’s goal is to position the Specific Carbohydrate Diet as a way to improve quality of life, control symptoms, and reduce utilization of more expensive and invasive medical procedures and pharmaceuticals.
The Specific Carbohydrate Diet has helped millions of people who seek to change the way they eat to better their health and vastly improve their quality of life.
The Executive Team and it's Board Members combined bring over 150 years of experience with the Specific Carbohydrate Diet. We are excited for the future of the Specific Carbohydrate Diet as it reaches more people.
